Christine is a geek for numbers – she excels in everything from simple accounting spreadsheets to budgeting and financial analyzing. She has spent over 20 years in office management, accounting and has even implemented a corporate software and bookkeeping system for firms with over $50 million in revenue. She has a passion for technology and has set up computer networks, installed hardware, and even repaired iPhones in the past. She lives and breathes in the digital world of operating systems, software, applications and dabbles in creating websites. Personality-wise, she is obsessive about details and refuses to fail. Over the course of her career, she has never once said to a client, “it can’t be done.”
Melissa is the creative edge of the trio. She began in the accounting department and quickly moved into production for print and video of a large ad agency. She has led the project management team of large campaigns, and performed marketing and strategic research for a group of international clients. With over 19 years in traditional advertising and marketing, she has evolved into an expert in both social and online media. Personally and professionally she is an avid blogger, tweeter, pinner, and FBer. She can handle anything from setting up an online eBay or Etsy store to selling your unwanted items on Craigslist. As part of her creative services expertise, she works alongside graphic designers to create logos, flyers, etc. to ultimately achieve the finished product. She is our creative consultant and coordinator of all of our events.

We’re hands-on assistants, but we know when to call upon outside resources. We work with a variety of talented and reliable vendors, suppliers, trades people, and freelance creative talent. We assemble teams to handle more complex projects and use vendors we trust to provide janitorial, home maintenance, and other essential services. We’ve identified boutique tour companies in the Miami area that will take your guests on private historic, culinary, and eco-adventures.
We are responsible for the performance of our outside vendors. So we keep a close eye on them. If we provide cleaning services, we’re there to inspect the toilets and the baseboards. If we ask a designer to develop a logo for you, we make sure the price is fair and the work is done on time. If we supervise household repairs, we provide you with estimates first and crack the whip to make sure timetables are kept. Sometimes our vendors hate us. We don’t care, as long as our clients are happy.
Our vendors are required to respect the confidentiality of all clients. We do not outsource sensitive matters such as bookkeeping, personal budgeting, and bill paying. We also make sure no one enters your home or business without our personal supervision.
